Great question! We recommend using a light roast to preserve all of the polyphenols in the coffee bean. πŸ™Œ

I do drink water process decaf. And I do put milk in it. What does the milk do? That’s bad? I do not like black coffee.

I also put milk in mine, what will happen???

    • @GundryMDYT says:

That’s great! Dr. Gundry does not recommend adding milk products, because they can counteract the good benefits of the coffee. Coffee creamer made with coconut milk and minimal sugar is okay, as well as almond milk creamer that is made from almonds without the skins!
