So true. I’m thankful that I listened to good guidance on both. Young people today don’t seem to want the same guidance. My daughters don’t smoke but their friends do. So sad and disappointing for their parents, 😢
Thanks Doc for reminding that if we start taking care of the food we eat and the habits we develop in (20 to 30) younger ages will have large effects on later part of age when we get older. Eat balanced diet, exercise, sleep properly and take care if body otherwise we will have to regret later when we are old.

So true. I’m 55 now and things need help. I’m sooooo grateful that I have been protected from many dangers. I’ve taken up dancing, belly and ballroom. It’s fun and does not feel like I HAVE to exercise. I’m so relaxed at the end of both classes and have also used my brain when learning new routines. Move it or lose it❤
