  • @sharmeenahmed1576 says:

There is any blood test to detect inflamation?

  • @lilianpeliello8111 says:

Omg! I enjoy and respect both of this doctors but oh boy! Was this a video with absolutely nothing new! If you follow the both of them, you know what I mean. Thank God I was listening while driving so it’s not like I stopped my day to hear more of the same. Really starting to have doubts about buying the new book, Gut check.

  • @bless7942 says:

Yeah the plants do care we all serve each other clean live food😎

  • @SunraeSkatimunggr says:

I make my fermented vegies with high polyphenols by using purple cabbage, beats, and such.

  • @user-sd8ec5xx5h says:

Did you two doctors get the you know what brilliant minds want to know

  • @user-sd8ec5xx5h says:

Sounds like gundry got a cold he must got the jab he aged big time he looks 80

    • @ummomarkhan939 says:

Correct probably because of excluding lots of food with high nutritional profile because of one negative effect in a specific patient .

  • @daviddeiss7907 says:

I love how these guys are able to communicate with each other, I regard them as being on the very cutting edge of what the science is for human health, do they know everything that there is ? Probably not, but this is the type of conversations that need to take place. Eventually things will progress and we will know how to treat ourselves to great health and live a long useful life, so thankfull for people who are truly honest and have a concern for there fellow humans.

  • @sectionalsofa says:

Hey, ya know what’s one of the best source of prebiotic fiber, not to mention healthy resistant starch? Legumes. Lectins and all.

  • @HungLe-ih8yk says:

It took me more than 7 months to build my gut microbiome. Now my poops have the uniform consistency that I believe I will never have constipation again.

  • @susanlilja3743 says:

Please no gundry. Just no. Avoid legumes?? Seriously??? We all can’t afford a diet if kimchi, salmon and avocado. Legumes are what I try to incorporate the most. But then I’m avoiding dairy and gluten and I don’t eat much meat and also, I don’t have a ton of cash. I’m not your next supplement market. Hey, how about how to help the masses? All the women with horrible menopause? How about simple ways to get to balance that doesn’t involve hundreds on supplements and 3 foods you actually can eat . That’s all. I’m done:

  • @ummomarkhan939 says:

Thanks for the bits and parts of information , most of which is a repeat , the new research is only available for money though these things should be available in many languages in free pdf downloads especially after the books have been on sale for many months to really bring a change in the world health.

  • @LoveKills70 says:

Change your diet and it will take how long to fix your gut and improve
    Asoborbtion?

  • @Tinyteacher1111 says:

My holistic dentist told me Dr. Gundry’s diet is the best. I never thought that before because I was fighting mold toxicity and was just doing Doug Kauffman’s diet. I eat no gluten, dairy, very little sugar, and bad carbs and oils. My autoimmune diseases are well controlled, but now I am fighting severe Lyme infections. I can’t seem to catch a break, but I’ve also seen people who are suffering and eating poor diets, so I’m sure I’d be much worse than I am! 🩷

  • @justdawndb says:

Wow, I’m truly wondering if I’m not employed entirely by my stomach 😅
There is so much valuable information here, will be getting the book. Thank you so much. 🌱
