Fix Your Hands & Wrists…You Never Felt SO GOOD! Dr. Mandell

You will feel an amazing difference in minutes utilizing these simple hand and wrist techniques. The joints of our wrist, hand and fingers are constantly overused, causing many conditions like arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, ganglionic cysts, tenosynovitis, nerve compression, tendinitis, along with weakness and pain. When joints lose motion, they lose function and that's when inflammation and dysfunction arises. By putting motion back into the joint, repair and healing will be accelerated.

Great suggestions there Dr Mandell..Tried these but still a fair bit of pain going on..mainly arthritic, degenerative in the thumb base/wrist…but as a person who loves playing the sax, I’m pretty desperate for any kind of help! So I’ll keep on trying..Middle finger keeps painfully locking up in the middle of playing too!😝Got myself some of those stretchy support sleeves which help a bit at least..😁👍

One never appreciates taking for granted our bodies capabilities . Not until those body parts no longer do the things we expect of them do we appreciate what they have done for us in our lives !
It’s a little late for me but to our youth I will say , be kind to your body parts because you may last longer than you think ! 😊

  • @warreng5394 says:
