Thank you Dr. Gundry for the detailed information so I can tweak my diet healthier and not be deceived by the corporate foods and nuances of typically healthy foods( like your discussion about cruciferous vegetable). I really appreciate what you do for us.❤️

I’ve got you. What you do my friend; You portray healthy food in a negative light and promote your own junk for your own profit.

  • Roberto Peraza says:

for those living on the other side of the world..Does New Zealand or Australian butter any consumption issues as well as the USA version? thanks

  • Roberto Peraza says:

the biggest problem I see using either goat or sheep milk from the supermarket brands – not talking about getting from local farmers – is the highly load them with sugar due to the strong taste and so guarantee consumers will like it so careful here an read the label !

  • Alexandra Innes says:

Thank you. It would have been a good idea to advise people who want to eat kale and other cruciferous veggies to make sure they buy organic. Otherwise they’ll be getting an unhealthy dose of glyphosate.

  • Blaise Blastos says:

I love this video…thank you Dr. Gundry..about the goat milk yogurt and Allulose tip…excellent…and also about the butter.we have that exact brand in our fridge now…also the pasture raised label for eggs…yes also thanks for the tidbit about cadmium uptake in kale…love the video series…it is so helpful b/c I am able to “see” the food through a different lense..

For all those people that disagree with this video, shame you don’t know the real truth. This guy is 100% on point with these lectins and foods.

    • Maja Novak says:

      We agree!

    • Praveen Sriram says:

I completely agree with you 😊

    • Deus Vlad2.0 says:

S f I said that because they should be scolded, so they know they did something wrong. If your teaching a kid, do you not make them feel bad about what they did in favor for a more positive outcome? Shame on you child for touching the gun, or should we just say, kid guns are dangerous, isn’t that obvious?

Kid shame on you, you did something wrong don’t touch that gun it will kill someone. You see how it appears more emotional when you say shame on you? Another examp[e is a dog, you would explain to a dog ? or would you just tut and say no shame on you, the dog knows what it means through emotions.

You’re missing the point of emotional response and that’s what shame on you does it causes emotional stress which is perfect for teaching.

  • SpearChuck777 says:

We just went through the cupboard and threw away caro (HFCS) syrup, enriched flour, brown sugar, breadcrumbs and a bunch of expired cans. I learned yesterday about TBHQ and found it in ALDI/Savoritz Club House Crackers we ‘had’. The amount that just squeaks by GRAS is 1/8 of a tsp.

Please note that in Australia and NZ we dont put animals in cages. It is not allowed

It’s good information, but if someone is going to choose Holstein cow yogurt over a jelly donut I think that’s an astronomically better choice.

Allulose is banned in Europe because it is a possible carcinogen. Allulose is a type of sugar that is found in some fruits and vegetables. The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has designated allulose a food ingredient that is generally recognized as safe, though it is currently not permitted for use in Europe.Mar 7, 2023
