I was afraid you’d say not recommended 😅. Not everyone should do it though and there should be a way to build up to this.

  • @travels3577 says:

They stretched my neck when I needed therapy but you have to be careful. You can do a lot of damage.

  • @fg146 says:

what happens when you dislocate your neck mid spin?

  • @Bgonzo20 says:

🤦‍♀️ I’ll pass. I love my life too much. 😂

    • @mikesiebenmark8762 says:

I trust Dr. Berg but that looks like it could be unsafe for some? I wouldn’t want to risk injury.

  • @Sadafja. says:

    1. Physiologically, what is happening?
    2. Spinal-stretching?
    3. What are the health benefits?
    4. What are the case studies?
    5. What are the health risks?
    6. Who should be doing this?
    7. Who should NOT be doing this?
    8. What do you call this? “Healthy Hanging”?
    9. When people (kids) are predictively injured doing this improperly, (weighted) who will be sued?
    10. What will be the financial settlements?
    11. So many questions…

    • @shornemorris says:

Try it and let us all know

    • @rubinasiddiqui3206 says:

Really thinking same way to ask All these questions before even think to do😊

    • @sunnysun7054 says:

I’ d love to try this!!! I guess my sciatica would benefit from it , my lower back pain too! Love you So so much Dr. Berg❤🙏😇 God bless you

    • @docknightphilco4550 says:

looks like spinal decompression..BUT.. that is done using bigger muscles like bearing weight on upper body – the neck is generally a much weaker component to have such massive weight on it – unless you got the neck with muscles of a wrestler who has trained for 2 decades, I would say this is highly unadvis😮able

    • @Kratos0911 says:

Research your own questions and let us know your answers.

  • @williammoody6947 says:

No thanks, I prefer to keep my head attached to my body…hahaha 😂😅

  • @SouthernGal5534 says:

  • @jangy36 says:

  • @qualityfirst9801 says:

Dr Berg’s reaction to this video…is priceless 👍😉☀

  • @Drberg says:

As much as I need my neck tractioned, I couldn’t get myself to do this. So I will just apply some traction but NOT my body weight – too many unknowns. I also don’t recommend you attempt this either.
