You just said something else. I can’t believe it’s so wonderful. I’ve been using monk fruit sweetener in my coffee and it’s almost sweeter than sugar. How is that possible? I love it. I can’t live without it now. PS on a side note, I switched to almost everything you say because I have Haiti Moto’s and I also have high blood pressure and high cholesterol and 68 years old and I want to live as long as possible and is healthy as possible. I absolutely adore and love you. Thank you Dr!!!

What kind of milk do you recommend?
Hi! Coconut milk is always the best option, or almond milk if it’s made without the skins.
Raw milk, organic milk, or grass-fed milk are another good options, too.
