Also making pineapple vinegar is super easy and yummy. Use the scraps from the pineapple when you cut it and add sugar. It’s like a fun experiment!

  • @laurie6332 says:

How do you figure this stuff out? I knew pineapple was good for digestion but it wreaked havoc with mg mouth. Now I know to eat it with a protein. Except I like the other benefits of eating plain also, so maybe not eating so much of it plain so it can’t burn my mouth is the key. Balance is everything right Dr Mandel? Thank you for sharing your tidbits 😊

Earlier this week, I had a large hankering for some pineapple.

Fortunately for me, as soon as I got to my grocery store they had at least 700,000 in stock so I got a couple of them after cutting them and sorting them into a few bowls I ate some and immediately felt my sinuses begin to clear from a small cold I had as dealing with.

Glad to know that I was partially right in thinking that the pineapple what’s helping me out by eating me 😂😂😂. Thank you Doc..

I just ate a really ripe half a pineapple and it was perhaps just beginning to turn…like apple cider does when there isn’t preservative added. Eitherway, it was delicious, and I scarfed it down. It did indeed tingle the mouth. I will surely buy it regularly now.

I love Pineapple but will eat it now with other protein. Major gem dropped here. 💕

I was at a restaurant once and they served a half pineapple with the center filled with marshmallow cream or fluff. It was different, but SOOOO yummy

Merry Xmas and Happy Holidays everyone. I purchased four Pineapples and they turned orange. I didn’t bother to cut open. I wish Dr. Mandell would’ve mentioned the limit to eat. I read in the comments, someone mentioned eating half a pineapple. I can’t imagine how the person’s mouth was feeling after eating half of pineapple. Also, I would like to know if canned pineapple will have the same benefits.

    • @clwest3538 says:

Agree – how much is effective and does canned have same benefits.

    • @divakim206 says:

Please don’t x out Christ in Christmas. Jesus is the reason for the season. 🙏❤️

    • @clwest3538 says:

@@divakim206 The ‘X’ comes from the Greek letter Chi, which is the first letter of the Greek word Christós (Greek: Χριστός, translit. Khristós, lit. “anointed, covered in oil”), which became Christ in English. The suffix -mas is from the Latin-derived Old English word for Mass. (wiki)

If I get a chesty cold , I eat half a pineapple a day till better. Usually Two does it. Yes tongue can get sore but it passes quickly. A rich tea biscuit normally does it.

  • @skipcudyk4223 says:

    Hello Dr Mandell!
Had no idea about all the benefits from pineapple!
Thank you and God bless you

  • @juliadavid3637 says:

Wow, Dr. Mandell, thank you. I always stay away from pineapple because of sugar.

  • @frankcuizio5375 says:

I have been taking pineapple for a couple of years now, it helps with acid reflux. I take it on an empty stomach in the morning.

  • @topazdreamer311 says:

Used it to repair from radiotheraphy, then chest infection. Take it everyday for clear lungs. Also tastes yummy on pizza and made as icecream or simply BBQ. Great to know on right track Doc. Thank you 🥰

  • @angelap32 says:

    Thank you Dr Mandell! 💛

  • @DBrisky37 says:

I had severe UC to the point where the doc wanted to remove my entire large intestine. I implemented daily pineapple among other things and it helped tremendously with healing. I am in great shape now.
