Thanks Doc the variety of ways in this video to improve our circulation. I feel so much better when I walk 30 minutes each day at just a moderate speed. It also is really helping with my respiration.

Amazing video and thank you so much. I have been researching on this as well with relation to nitric oxide. Never under estimate leafy greens. Leafy greens increase nitric oxide levels which opens up blood vessels increasing blood flow. To those who love huge salad bowls like me, make sure you include bok choy and arugula as your bases. Arugula tops the list of leafy greens in terms of nitric oxide concentration.

Stress is my biggest problem, mostly over finances, and not because of something that I’m doing wrong, but circumstances, my health & age, the current state of the financial world, my suffering budget due to price increases, etc. If the stress would go away… I’d be golden!

Man I wish I had someone like u to pal around with. Its hard when the people around u are not mindful of these things, or I should say just dont care. Its hard to backtrack these programs alone that have caused these health issues. One step at a time I guess. Thanx for the vids. Much appreciated😌🙏
