I blend grass fed beef with spices and a small amount of sodium bicarbonate to give a delicious sausage texture and taste without the mass amount of extra junk they put into store bought which is also generally pork.

    • @nosretep1960 says:

Grass fed is a myth by the plant based. Watch videos of Peter Ballerstedt, Dr of ruminates, can’t remember technical name. VERY informative. I worked a few years on the largest ranch in the US. Grass Fed is for the gullible.

    • @Jennifer-gr7hn says:

only problem with doing that is sodium bicarb prevents iron absorption which is not good if you’re anemic

    • @Marigold-ip3gw says:

@@Jennifer-gr7hnmen and post menopausal women are not prone to anemia as menstruating women are, though usually they are misdiagnosed with anemia when really they have a copper imbalance issue.

    • @pwx9000 says:

@@Marigold-ip3gw are post menopausal women more stable? A very broad question ⁉️

    • @MsCaryopteris says:

I’d mix beef liver in. That would be healthy.

  • @Maggie-zw9jq says:

Oh my God 😔, I’m pescetarian with many gut issues… I think it’s time to change my diet.

  • @savannahcriswell8334 says:

This is crazy because most doctors or nutritionist say that red meat should be limited on an anti inflammatory diet!!

    • @trina7274 says:

Yep… I have Ulcerative Colitis and red meat triggers a flare every. Single. Time…. Unfortunately, I can’t eat it.

    • @gillysmob says:

      Try l-Glutamine first….@@trina7274

    • @MrFreePSNcodes says:

      Try glutamine and collagen supplements

    • @trina7274 says:

@@MrFreePSNcodes I take both of those! They help immensely! I also take D3-K2, B-12 (since I can’t eat most meats) and Berberine and a daily multiple 👍🏼 I had to go Whole Foods, plant based… huge improvement in my inflammation markers… I also stay away from processed breads (I make my own out of oatmeal) and I eat yogurt (I make my own) and eggs (we have our own chickens) I also eat tons of fermented foods!

    • @CaliDraco says:

@@trina7274try grass fed grass finished beef. If you get a flare then it is what it is.

  • @marigoldtrimborn697 says:

This is def true! I crave grass fed ground beef the most! ❤ also start weight lifting & using the sauna 🎉 def changed my life

  • @MerToronto says:

Saladino taking shots at you keeping you big as hell

  • @madagrosu1713 says:

Last studies say that Glutamine and sugars feed cancer.any thoughts on that?

  • @zeetyg says:

Put some turmeric on it and it’s leveled up

  • @user-fv5ms4sz8e says:

That is the food, that our save the planet alarmists are trying desperately to deprive us of and replace it with crickets.

  • @yolandamorua107 says:

Thank you DR Berg God bless you

  • @robinfrey2469 says:

I am a carnivore and I had so much inflammation before I started this diet. My back , my knee , my other joints do not hurt nearly as badly now.

    • @Jennifer-gr7hn says:

I created 12 kidney stones doing carnivore only. Diversity and moderation, period!

    • @chetanrs says:

With so many inflammation you had, did you ever feel it could have been arthritis?

    • @natureshealing6534 says:

I’m making plans to begin as well for the same reasons. Can you please share how long & what you eat? Thank you!

    • @Barbara_Banks_1 says:

On an older short by Dr Berg, he also recommended getting a juicer, and drinking a glass of raw, organic cabbage juice everyday. Cabbage juice for your gut especially. Hopefully Dr Berg makes more videos that expounds on foods with Vitamin U and Glutamine.

    • @natalyamacmorran7071 says:

@@chetanrsArthritis IS an inflammation. I control mine with a diet. My friend’s husband has a gout and he very successfully controls it with a diet. We both follow Dr. Berg and pretty much eat what he recommends. I don’t do intermittent fasting though. Too much of a pansy. 😅😅

  • @nin6246 says:

I’ve been eating fatty ground beef and eggs almost exclusively for the last 3 months and I feel better than at any other time in my life.

  • @ethelburnett1184 says:

So happy to hear this. Pass the ribeye!!!🥩

  • @sarangtokki2045 says:

Cabbage is the vegetable with some too😋

  • @m.a.8032 says:

So many doctors say one should’nt eat red meat, because it causes inflammation, especially if one has arthritis. I am confused😮

    • @robbyb6380 says:

I think most doctors agree grass fed beef is the only way to go if you want to consume red meat on a regular basis. Corn fed cows are sick and full of bad fats for the same reason high fructose corn syrup makes us sick and fat. You are what you eat, eat.

    • @CaptainN. says:

You want to talk to doctors of nutrition. You don’t go to a foot doctor for a brain issue. And if it’s a complex issue, your general practitioner will refer you to a specialist anyway

    • @RebeccaMcCagueSipe says:

The issue we have is medical schools have been infiltrated by Depopulationists. So, the older doctors have had more time to explore and find the truth.

Big Pharma never intended to heal us, but they’re certainly enjoying pumping us with drugs and draining our wallets.

You are your best course of action for self-preservation. Never let anyone rob you from trusting yourself.

    • @vikkiadler1920 says:

the world is always contrary to God’s plan. God gave us cattle to eat ON PURPOSE.

    • @nuntana2 says:

Avoid talking to MDs regards nutrition in general. Remember, the bulk of their training is focused on treating symptoms through pharmaceuticals.

  • @kit.sun. says:

I just switched to carnivore almost 2 weeks ago. I had life-long IBS-D & the symptoms were gone in one day. No pain, no bloating, no relentless gas anymore. My energy & mood have improved. I’m finally breaking the endless life-long cycle of sugar addiction & obsessive, restrictive, binge eating disorder.
Thank you for being an honest doctor, Dr.!

    • @albineg says:

It may be that the carnivore diet just removed all the inflammatory foods for you like gluten and milk etc.

But may not be good long term for your microbiota. So maybe try to dress root causes behind your leaky gut and food allergies and total inflammation in body: like mold toxicity, heavy metals, trauma etc (what is unique in your situation is different for another). Is red grass fed beef bad though? No, but the dose and frequency and what type of real whole food is helpful for a person is always individual.

    • @robotoguts3165 says:

Can you elaborate on the relentless gas? I need specifics for my data entry calibration’s

    • @monstertrucktennis says:

      @@robotoguts3165Pfffffft😂

    • @kit.sun. says:

@@albineg I have tried all types of elimination diets over the years – eliminating certain foods. This is the only diet that actually has worked so I’m going to stick with it until my body tells me otherwise.

      Thanks for your input!

    • @albineg says:

@@kit.sun.no problem. Wish you the best. Carnivore is a very effective elimination diet. Glad you feel it is helping 🙂

Carnivore diet + Keto is much cheaper than eating processed food, fast food, sugary drinks etc. IT WORKS OUT CHEAPER. You eat less, but high quality.
