Thank you Dr Gundry! I’ve been looking forward to your perspective on acv with mother. I’ve been taking it since dr Berg recommended it, and he gives similar reasons but I appreciate your take on it.

  • CHIKA says:

    Thanks Doc, always

  • Punky Noodle says:

Love the contents and your calm delivery.

  • Higher Resolution says:

Too short, but excellent information. I was wondering why Bragg’s ACV is used by so many people.

  • Gloria King says:

Eat blueberries frozen or not works great👌 and kombucha a take a shut before or after meals you can make your own too

  • 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝'𝐬 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐀𝐂𝐕 𝐆𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐲 🍎 says:

*I’ve been trying to include apple cider vinegar into my routine for ages, but the taste just made it so hard. Goli Gummies really were a game changer for me* 🍎

  • Arthur Smith says:

If you find ACV in a glass of water is still to sour for you add a squirt of lemon juice not from concentrate. Much easier to drink.

Great segment Dr. Gundry! I always love your material! Life changing and highly informative. But I’ve got a couple of questions, if I may:
Why would we want ACV to slow down the rate at which the pylorus opens? Wouldn’t consuming ACV increase the rate at which protein and other foods are broken down and wouldn’t that increase the rate at which the pylorus opens? It would be incredibly insightful to have that be explained. Looking forward to your insights, Doc! 🙂

Sainsburys do a £7 a bottle one mixed with Pomegranate juice, its sweet, so much easier to swallow.

  • Nandan B. Kenchappa says:

    Great content!
Should we take in an empty stomach diluted with water?

    • Gundry MD says:

If you want to take it every day, we suggest drinking two teaspoons of it mixed with warm water and organic honey. It doesn’t need to be taken on an empty stomach. Thank you!

  • Mark Trail says:

Thank you, Dr. Gundry! Straight to the point!!

  • Sandra Redmond says:

I mix acv with balsamic in glass or Perrier water and lemon juice with a sprig of rosemary. The balsamic sweetens it . Tastes great !

  • Super Smash TV Channel says:

I get heart palpitations when I used to consume apple cider vinegar. I know it’s great but perhaps it’s not for everyone.

  • SunRae* ** says:

Being of Southern (USA) decent, we pour apple cider vinegar on our collard, turnip and mustard greens. So, it’s easy for me to sip it from a shot glass. 😀
