Thanks doc, I’m gonna get myself some vit c God willing, quick question, I am quite underweight at the problem but no problem in digestion, I just need to fill out, my body bad percentage can do with going up, is it calories in/out, which foods should I be consuming a lot if for this purpose? It’s not even muscle I need right now I’m just looking emaciated (due to a previous stress)
