Yeah Mon! A bush doctor from Jamaica instructed me to do that; pinch of the cayenne, a chip of garlic and that evoo. I asked him, “wat dat four?” Him say, “dat yur anti biotic.” Because the cayenne was a bit hot for the innards, I’d do that after food. Years later, I met a healer who had cayenne pepper with the ‘hot’ removed. Hadn’t tried it, but he’s retired now.

I have learned to use it because they started using it on the cooking shows, the cooks like Bree, Bobby Flay, etc. I saw that they stopped getting fat along with certain herbs but I did remember to use Cheyenne pepper. My cholesterol is usually less than 125
