  • @indiacoers2611 says:

Yes, i would love to know also!! I have chia seeds here at home!

  • @Rabbitburnx says:

Everything must be eaten in a certain way, a certain amount, at certain times, with certain other ………… so we need a book to tell us how to eat?

  • @caroltruffa6811 says:

Guessing that those are chia seeds. I grind my chia seeds in a spice grinder.

    • @d.lynncarmichael9240 says:

Me too, so much better; doesn’t get stuck/caught in the teeth/dental work! 👍🏻👍🏼

    • @user-ob5xc4jo5v says:

Does grinding them still help you feel full?
Do they still swell in your stomach?

    • @petert330 says:

Best to make chia pudding, it’s more palatable. Two or three tablespoons of chia seeds, one cup of almond milk. Leave in the fridge overnight and you have a nice pudding. Mix a couple of tablespoons with yogurt top it with some berries and it’s a great breakfast.

  • @Yulia_beautiful_and_Single says:

Love all your information. Please let us know what is in the glass with water . Ty 👍 is it chia seeds?

  • @lkpnda287 says:

Love using basil seeds because they have no lectins as where chia seeds cause inflammation and full of lectins

    • @sandiland0000 says:

i thought chia seeds were good? i’ve been adding to our overnight oats. but sounds like your saying they are not good for us 😮😢

    • @lkpnda287 says:

@@sandiland0000 look up Dr Gundry on chia seeds and lectins. Some people are more resilient to lectins and do chia seeds, for me it inflames my osteoarthritis on my hand I broke twice so I use Zen basil seeds instead. More fiber and collagen . But chia seeds caused a lot of inflammation for many people. The lectins are really bad and if your eating other pectin foods than it’s overload. It’s a misconception it’s healthy but it’s better than other options out there 👍

    • @AeroplaneDope says:

Dude Chia seeds can cause piles due to the inflammatory response many people have to them.

  • @amyalewine says:
