      I agree that’s why I only use the brands practitioner’s use like Chiropractors, Nutritionists, functional medicine Drs etc…

    This is exactly the subject that confuses me and causes me a pause. I try very hard to ease through the double talk of companies. Even when I get a good balance…all of a sudden it’s unavailable and I’m back scrambling to find another. It’s frustrating and inconvenient. All I want for Christmas is…a magnesium product in a gummy form (I have a problem tolerating other forms). I have a very sensitive system. Please continue your good work and please recommend good products to people who are confused with all the options and mixes of supplements. Thank you!

    What a coincidence that I had taken a Vitamin D 3 tablet and 1 Magnesium capsule, mere minutes before your video popped up! It turns out I have Magnesium Citrate 150 mg elemental, recommended dose 1-3 capsules daily for adults, so I will increase the amount. Your video was very helpful and could not have appeared at a better time:)

    Fantastic topic and recommendations, Dr. Mandel. I also look at what other additives are olincluded. My favorite magnesium is from a UK company. My current one has magnesium citrate, (because I do want the laxative effect) 😂 brown rice flour, a vegan capsule shell. That is it. No added magnesium stearate and other additives which I have read are not good for us. It is so important to carefully read the labels. Excellent video yet again.     45 years ago, my health coach (which was my mentor regarding natural ways to never get sick) did clearly explain that magnesium chloride was the most valuable way to benefit from because of its highest bioavailability when compared with other magnesium compounds. MAGNESIUM CHLORIDE. Thank you so much, Dr. Mandell, I always appreciate your teachings.
