If you’ve adapted your micro biome for carnivore, it works just fine without fiber. This is just my personal experience and I’ve done both.

      I agree. I think experts on an omnivore diet think that fiber is super important strictly because they have no knowledge of how carnivore works. If you’re on carnivore you don’t need fiber.

    I was on the carnivore diet for over a year. Lost 150lbs, got off all meds and feel 20 years younger. Only problem was high cholesterol but it’s normal.

    Dr. Mandell I’ve struggled with my fiber intake most of my life, but more so now because I’m Diabetic. This struggle caused havoc on my body. I’m mentally drained looking for good fiber to incorporate in my meals. 😟 Thanks for your advice. 🙏🏽

    Fibre helps reduce cortisol levels in women going through the menopsuse . Pysllium husk is amazing!
