Apple cider vinegar is a lot healthier than distilled white vinegar. ACV is made by crushing apples along with its skin, seeds, and stems. These apple parts are then subjected to fermentation which turns the sugar in them into alcohol. The alcohol undergoes oxidation and converts it into acetic acid or vinegar.
Distilled white vinegar does not undergo double fermentation. It is also devoid of the ‘mother’ enzyme found in raw, organic, and unpasteurized ACV. This mother enzyme contains tons of minerals, vitamins, and probiotic goodness which make apple cider vinegar so good for health and wellbeing.
White vinegar may be good for deodorizing, disinfecting, and cleaning household surfaces, killing weeds in the garden, and removing stains and odors from sweaty and dirty clothes; but it is not beneficial health-wise like apple cider vinegar is.

If you purchase the brand that he showed in the video, then you should be good. But I believe there are several different brands of apple cider vinegar that have The Mother in them. Good luck, if you try this.
@Zod Leo The cloudy apple cider vinegar. Not filtered or went through thorough processing. Bragg brand is one of them I know.

I have done it for two days now and can’t stay out of the bathroom! So I am definitely consistent! This helps with joint pain relief too!
Started back up using this concoction and it absolutely works at trimming the stomach area! I still can’t stay out of the bathroom 🚽 but I have noticed that my stools are longer, L’s & J’s in shapes! No one wants to walk around with fecal matter in our tummies! The thought is revolting!

@Paul Phillips the mother is a substance which is originally used to create the apple cider vinegar, so you can purchase the vinegar which has the mother. It will say so on the bottle.

What do u mean with “can’t stay out of the bathroom”? 👀
Be sure to rinse your mouth out with water directly after. The acid in the vinegar and lemon will weaken the enamel on your teeth, and the water will help rinse the acid off of your teeth. Also, don’t brush your teeth within a half-hour of drinking the lemon/vinegar, as the enamel is still weakened, and as such, the toothbrush will be able to further damage the enamel.
Hi..use a straw.
This burns my stomach , no way I could drink it in the morning on empty stomach. I tried , but I drink warm water in the morning since I was in China and saw that they were doing it.
@Sho A For me, a straw gets the liquid in the mouth, but it doesn’t always go directly down… SOmetimes there’s some left in my mouth. I could just be a clumsy straw user tho 😀

Thanks Doctor Mandell. This works! I drink warm water with lemon and apple cider vinegar before breakfast. Bathroom motions are easy and I feel cleansed inside. Starting the day with warm lemon and vinegar water motivates me to exercise 4 – 5 times a week and eat clean. My skin is glowing! 🙂

@Zafeera Aamir I don’t think so. Probably works best in an empty belly. Maybe try drinking it then wait an hour or two THEN eat?

Well doc ive completed my first week and youre totally right about how this makes you feel towards day 7 thank you so much!
At the beginning it’s disgusting but then you get used to it and want to do it everyday! Very easy to remember and do! I started less than a week ago and I do see changes! I don’t get bloated anymore and also don’t get the pain after eating certain foods. I will continue to do it! It’s really good! Thanks doc! X
For anyone thinking of doing this DO IT. It doesn’t matter what diet or exercise u have this is still a good start. Iv been doing this for a while because I had digestive problems and other issues it’s been a lifer saver. Also drinking ginger tea sometime in during the day helps as well
