I love snacking on popcorn! My favorite is the Skinny Pop! 😋🍿
None of those bagged popcorns aren’t healthy, they add too many unhealthy ingredients for flavor!
The healthiest way to eat popcorn is by getting the kernels and heating it up using coconut oil (don’t use any vegetable oils).
If you need butter then use grass fed organic butter (never margarine) and for salt if you have to add a little then try Himalayan pink salt or sea salt but stay away from the really nasty butter salts because they are loaded with inflammatory chemicals which cause all sorts of health problems over time.
It’s a pain in the butt to actually have to make your own popcorn hence why people gravitate to bag popcorn but it’s not healthy no matter what the bag says, that’s a catch fraise name…
You won’t be skinny eating that stuff because of all the added chemicals that is used for flavoring.

Popcorn can be dangerous. Ever get one of those skins caught in your teeth. Imagine one of those in a fold in your intestine. OUCH! Happened to me.
