The grains are not the issue! It’s how they have genetically modified them! Put the blame where it lies! Our ancestors ate many grains…in fact , they survived on them!!!!!!! Sugar isn’t the problem! It’s the processing of it and the human gluttony consumption of it that’s the real problem!!!

Everything has been altered, artificial sugars are not good for you either…Eat healthy & in moderation, stay away from processed foods & drinks, fast food etc. Go green, no pesticides/ chemicals used in veggies, meats, drinks etc. Natural cleaners, soaps, shampoos &. ☝️ cosmetics. 👍

I just eaten a very sweet pop corn from the shop, my hand cannot stop grabing it into my mouth & almost finished the whole pack. Hope it can make me drunk until morning 6am straight.

  • @debrodgers6276 says:

I’ve been putting olive oil or avocado oil and a little pink salt. Also buy the organic kernels and use the air popper. I just eat too much, cause it’s so good. Thank you Dr. Mandel.

Use non gmo white corn & cook/pop using an air popper or, if on the stovetop, use avocado oil. Then drizzle grass fed butter (you can also blend w/melted extra virgin coconut oil) & sprinkle with Redmond salt or pink Himalayan salt etc (i make a blend)

The problem is, it’s hard to just eat that small portion like the Dr is holding, once you start.

  • @denicedancasey says:

We pop it on the stovetop using corn oil to pop it and add no salt. We love popcorn! It can bloat me due to my Gastroparesis but I indulge sometimes anyway and just try not to have too much. ❤❤❤

  • @theresaduplessis6010 says:

We only ever buy the kernels and pop our own plain popcorn. Never pre popped or sugared or the microwave kind. We old fashioned. Thanks for your channel. It’s great and so informative ❤

  • @SA-ju1zu says:

Popcorn is the only food that I have been able to link to my diverticulitis flareups. It’s because I don’t eat it that often have been able to establish this. I will also add that. I think it’s important when you eat popcorn to chew it well. I think that can actually affect the outcomes! I do love popcorn and I will have it but just not that much like Dr. Mandel said

  • @rmbabazi2963 says:

Thank you so much Dr. Now, I can enjoy my popcorn with a good feeling.😊😊
