    Wow. Learned something new. 52 and still eat candy like it is a fiod group. You honesty just gave me a reason to try and cut back. (A1C has been 5.2- 5.6 i haven’t been worried about diabetes.) I have noticed a change in my skin. Thank you.

    Yup and I still eat some sugar occasionally but not much. Sugar is bad for you in general.
