    This works! For those who have chronic constipation issues like me when pooping is painful and you feel weak and shakey, keep a kitchen/pantry step stool in the bathroom. Feet on bottom step and hands on the stepstool handle to brace yourself when pain and weakness hit. 😁 Works great!
