    Totally agree, as over the past few years, I self-discovered that stressing my lower ‘abs’ AND ‘glutes’ (quite similarly to your offered technique) has greatly improved and greatly diminished my low back pain, lower belly ‘paunch’, weak ‘glutes’, visible BAD posture .and ‘pelvic tilt’… with the inclusion of religiously also using a semi-stiff lumbar pillow whenever sitting (posture and restoring my correct lumbar spine ‘curve’) has made ‘remarkable’ improvement in back pain, and even 95% reduction of my sciatica pain. Im now 95++% pain free, and all the tingling/weakness in my ‘quad’ muscles and calves is … ‘gone’.  
    BTW – my self-discovery was all based on watching many of your previous presentations.
