      you won’t get it but let me tell you little secret rhonda, If you’re religious enough you should know that we weren’t born to only sleep! But that’s fine it’s the human nature to take rest daily, our primary objective why we came to this earth is to worship the creator which is god (Allah) and god does not have son and Jesus is not god! eventually Its not the Bible which helps you to sleep it’s the devil preventing you from knowing the truth 😊 #freepalestine

    Doc your advice is great. I have had a terrible experience with insomnia. I found something that helped so much too. I steep camomile and lavender tea for 20-30 minutes and add lemon and honey. It not only helps me fall asleep better than a few glasses of wine I am regular in my bathroom again. Keep giving us your knowledge. We appreciate you so much.

    I have started doing more after 7 and listening to my music. I still don’t sleep but at least I enjoy being awake.

    This is so true. I read before going to sleep and find it impossible to stay awake as I try my hardest fight sleep and get to the end of a chapter 😄
