    You know that’s amazing doc. Because when I get Migraines and stuff. But the only thing I can really do. Besides dark quiet, no smell, no sound, no movement. It’s for me to lay there and hum to get some type of peace

    Psych class I took in the 70,s by a professor explained humming vibrates the cerebellum the ball like structure in the back of the brain have been used by many sources as a form of meditation and religous as in rosery thanks Dr it was a blast from the past 😊

    Humming helps activates my vagus nerve and helps with a calming effect. Also, when a cat cozies up and purrs on your lap, it increaes endorphins

    I did this automatically one day when I was overwhelmed with emotion. Just a steady hum. I thought I was losing my mind but I started to feel calm. I had no idea it was an actual thing. I have no idea why I started doing it. I truly do believe our body’s can and knows how to heal itself.
