      For my fast I do not eat any food but I did allow myself to have water, tea, chicken broth, and beef broth during the 7 day fast. I fasted for 7 whole days and at the end of 7 days I was weak but I am elderly. The fasting really made a difference for me. I have tried everything for my constipation and this really helped me. At times I am rock hard and can’t even move, been like this for year and I am totally soft now. So sorry to be so graphic but when a person finds some help it is a relief!

    Thanks Doc for the information. Consuming fiber rich food is the best solution to constipation and avoiding junk. Applying pressure to the preneium area may appear blessings to those who are really in need. Keep sharing your knowledge 🙏

    Constipation was one of the earliest symptoms of my colon cancer. If it recurs get tested.

    Thank you so much Doc. This is definitely something that I continuously deal with. I am definitely going to try it. I make sure to always drink half of my body weight of water but nothing happens.

    Cardamom relieves constipation. So does prune juice.

    You can buy cardamom powder at most Middle Eastern or Indian markets. We use a dash of cardamom in our breakfast coffee or tea. Near instant relief.

    As an alternative, drink 1 small glass of prune juice.

    Dr. – I watched your video on neck exercises. I am 60 years old with quite prominent platysmal bands. Will these exercises make the bands worse or will it help diminish them?
