It’s life little pleaures, right? Give up on soda for 7 days and have ine on the 8th. From there, no soda for 6 days but treat yourself to one on Sunday and keep it this way. Make Sunday your no rules day. Reward yourself with whatever your heart desires. Life is to br enjoyed. God bless.

I’m right along with you! And I’ve been strongly contemplating ordering dark chocolate pecan clusters from my favorite online pecan company!🤦🏽‍♀️ I treat myself to one cluster ever so often! It’s going to be a rough road. But I’m up to the challenge.

    • @BeingMe532 says:

I’ll start on Monday. So, I’ll give up on bread, dark chocolate (usually 3-4 squares per day) and honey (1 teaspoon for 1 coffee per day). I’m not into junk food, pasta, cakes, sodas.

  • @cathymeuret8932 says:

    I accept your challenge!!!Thank You!!!

  • @illuminouz5032 says:

Do it for 21 days if you really want to break your addiction to sugar. After that, our tastebuds reset and our guts reset. Eating healthy is so much easier and enjoyable now. We’re food lovers instead of food abusers.

  • @257ian says:

I’ve given up alcohol (7 days sober), so my body is craving the sugar it got from the alcohol (I’m not usually a sweet tooth) so I’m eating more sugary snacks but I’m going to try this challenge too.

  • @ruthworman2733 says:

    I will try this. 7 is the lords number 🙌 🙏 ❤

  • @egypt9723 says:

    I accept that challenge Dr M 👍😁✌

  • @sarabpreetsinghahluwalia4021 says:

Starting now and get back to you after 7 days with good results for sure! Thanks for everything ❤

  • @Human_on_earth_1 says:

    Avoiding refined sugar will

    Reduce inflammation
    Energy will be high
    Sleep will be better
    Loose weight
    Avoid tooth decay
    Insulin resistance
    Type-2 diabetes and heart disease

So drop usage of refined sugar for seven days , see the benefits and slowly cutt off it from life. Thanks Doc for great advice.

@@nehemiahbarrett4432 Migraines have a multitude of triggers from stress, hormones, eye strain, food allergy, neck/spine posture, alcohol, scents just to name a few. Look at events that preceded a migraine episode to identify the triggers. Can be one cause or multiple factors. Don’t give up! Good luck!
