Carmel was the name of my dog who passed away in 2022 i still miss her! ☹️💔🙏🏻💐💐🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🦋🦋❤️
I want to try – I’m so addicted!!! 😢
The withdrawal is awful the first 3 days. 😢
Same here.
I can do with out candy and pop, it’s the creamer in my coffee I can’t do without.
@@caressab4635 try sugar free creamer that’s sweetened with stevia. I use that.
Honey, if I can do it you can do it. Sugar was my crack. I ate it all the time and after every meal. I could eat a whole bag of riesin chocolate chews, M and M’s, cheesecake, you name it. One step at a time. You got this!🎉
Dr Mandell is right 🥲🤦🏾♀️
Easy….&, if you stick to it, over time your palette changes as well, & cravings will lessen.
There’s no secret, no hack, no special diet, simply your choice.
I’ve been doing this for the last nine months and I feel great
I have had no sugar for nearly 2 months now. I am feeling so much better in myself and actually sleep through the hole night. I use to wake up once or twice a night for years . Life is good 💯
What do you eat day-to-day then?
How did you go about stopping sugar?
For me, eat more fruits you can get sugar from there. Doctor Mandell is right I’m better now 😘❤️
Awesome! ❤️👏🏻👏🏻
@@jdbruiser I have a little hunny in my tea now and cut out all confectionery.
My guilty pleasure is bad carbs like bread, rice, and pasta. It’s so bad
He actually recommends those carbs
@@murphyy277all that turns into sugar
Same
It’s not bad when you don’t eat to much.
@baybeeuneek89 some fruits and veggies are carbs but they are good carbs
I’m a 71 year old widow and your telling me to give up my soda?!!😮 That’s asking a lot of an old lady…🤔I’ll have to give it a thought, it is becoming expensive.
You aren’t too old to start a new!

Thank you for your encouraging words. God bless you and your family 👑🙏💞✝️🐾🕯🕯🕯🕯🕯🕯
You can do it, Maxine. Talk to your mind that you have the power over your life, your body, and your mind.
It’s life little pleaures, right? Give up on soda for 7 days and have ine on the 8th. From there, no soda for 6 days but treat yourself to one on Sunday and keep it this way. Make Sunday your no rules day. Reward yourself with whatever your heart desires. Life is to br enjoyed. God bless.
@BeingMe532
That’s a brilliant idea! My brain only works in quilt making mode. Thank you for your awesome suggestion and God bless 👑🙏💞✝️🐾🕯
I started two days ago! 🙌🏻 The goal is 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, and who knows a year!
okay let start today sunday.
I’m right along with you! And I’ve been strongly contemplating ordering dark chocolate pecan clusters from my favorite online pecan company!🤦🏽♀️ I treat myself to one cluster ever so often! It’s going to be a rough road. But I’m up to the challenge.
I’ll start on Monday. So, I’ll give up on bread, dark chocolate (usually 3-4 squares per day) and honey (1 teaspoon for 1 coffee per day). I’m not into junk food, pasta, cakes, sodas.
I accept your challenge!!!Thank You!!!
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😢😢😢😮😮😮😮😮😂😂😂❤❤😊
Do it for 21 days if you really want to break your addiction to sugar. After that, our tastebuds reset and our guts reset. Eating healthy is so much easier and enjoyable now. We’re food lovers instead of food abusers.
Am doing one day at a time for 1 week, lord help me with 21 days🙄🙏
Thank you
I’ve given up alcohol (7 days sober), so my body is craving the sugar it got from the alcohol (I’m not usually a sweet tooth) so I’m eating more sugary snacks but I’m going to try this challenge too.
Congrats. on 7 days sober!! 😊
You got this 🎉 keep it up!
@@bonniebourns1500 Thank you so much
@@nehemiahbarrett4432 I think I have, thank you so much
Congratulations on your sober days…for the sweet craving reaction eat more naturally sweet fruit. Freeze grapes 🍇, roast any stone fruit or grapes with a little olive oil until caramelized….delicious!
I will try this. 7 is the lords number 🙌 🙏 ❤
I accept that challenge Dr M 👍😁✌
Starting now and get back to you after 7 days with good results for sure! Thanks for everything ❤

How long and how often had you been having migraines… my wife gets them sometimes and they are really bad… normally extreme pain and out of commission for several hours… we have been looking for ways to get rid of them for a long time… any others things you do or follow by the doctor?
@@nehemiahbarrett4432 Migraines have a multitude of triggers from stress, hormones, eye strain, food allergy, neck/spine posture, alcohol, scents just to name a few. Look at events that preceded a migraine episode to identify the triggers. Can be one cause or multiple factors. Don’t give up! Good luck!
What about sugar-free cookies and ice cream?
@@barbaraburnette9641 🤮
😊 I did it for a whole month and my arthritis swelling on my knees legs is gone thank you for sharing it works bless your day
I stopped eating ice cream totally. Reduced my sugar by about 75% and lost 10lbs. Felt great.
