I know someone who smoked and drank from the ages of 12-30 and never drank water.

He’s been fit for the past 8 years and he _still_ looks like he smokes and drinks.

  • @billducas says:

I don’t smoke or drink, but once I reached my 60’s, I can barely sleep 4 hours per night. 5 hours if I’m lucky, and I never nap during the day. I feel like my body is making up for it since I used to sleep 8 to 9 hours per night. I wish I could sleep more.

Thank you, Doctor! You are a great example for people who truly should consider letting go of Alcohol dependency, and other forms of physical abuse that people of trauma put on themselves.

Working nites for AT&T was no picnic! For years….I did nite shift to maintain my “quota” work load…..during the day shift ….there were tons of incoming customers bill inquiries, we weren’t a billing office….we were a fraud analyst office. Ended up on Ambien to help me to get rest during the day. Our office had a high rate of employees on disabilityFMLA leave.

  • @maryjernigan482 says:
