My Thoughts and Prayers Are With You, for some reason my body can’t keep salt and I’ve had numerous appts for blood draws and now a kidney spec. They had to stop a very important Med for my depression and PTSD. And what I read about the kidney specialist my low thyroid doesn’t help matters either. God Bless you -Please keep me in your prayers for I was in CCU No thanks to a family member taking my meds that I needed and had 2 very bad seizures. God Bless! And that is when all my probs started them trying to play Dr💜♥️🤗🇺🇸🙏

    • Charlotte Green says:

I pray God’s healing upon your heart and body. Don’t give up because he said he will never leave you nor forsake you. Keep praying and trusting God. I too use to have a heart condition but and was always having cardiac cath’s, had to be medicated before dentist appointments but God brought me through. He healed me and I don’t have to and haven’t had to go to my cardiologist in years now so this is my testimony to you, he’s more than able to do all things if you keep your trust in him. Pray constantly and he will answer your prayers in his time. 🙏🏽❤️

I am incredibly impressed with Dr Mandell.

  • Halo Hat says:

Just make sure you don’t buy peanut butter with added sugar !!! Good peanut butter needs refrigeration after opening the jar. If it can sit in a cupboard for weeks it has sugar, preservatives and chemicals in it you don’t want to eat or feed your family. Read the label !!! Good peanut butter generally has two ingredients, peanuts and salt. That’s it.

I keep reading peanut butter is prone to mold and almond butter is a better choice. Also when buying nut butters to make sure the only ingredients is roasted nuts and sea salt. And to store in refrigerator. What are your thoughts on this Doctor? Thanks for all you do for us!!! My health has improved since applying many of your recommendations!

  • motivationaldoc says:

It is extremely important that your peanut butter should not be processed or refined. There should be no added sugars or trans fats. If your peanut butter says organic, you should be good. For those who have issues with peanut butter you can use almond butter. They’re both very compatible in nutrients. I hope this helps. Make it a great day! 😊
