I hope you do a post on how to fall back asleep after waking at 2 or 3 am.
If it 2, one tsp. peanut butter/milk.
If 3, 3 is Spiritual: Pray . I ask God John 14:14.
He has a short where it shows you can tap your thumb 10 times on the nail, then squeeze the sides of the thumb for 1 min. or so. That works.
Another one is to drink warm milk.
. Ugh 2 things I can’t tolerate
