1:33 Symptoms of magnesium deficiency
2:16 The most dangerous magnesium deficiency symptom

In this video, we’re going to talk about the most dangerous symptom of magnesium deficiency. Magnesium is involved in over 300 biochemical reactions. It’s important for energy production, the transmission of nerve impulses, and it allows your muscles to relax.

Magnesium deficiency can occur if you’re not getting enough magnesium from your diet or if you’re consuming processed foods, carbohydrates, or alcohol. Gut inflammation, phytates, fluoride, phosphates, and soft water interfere with magnesium absorption.

Signs of a magnesium deficiency include the following:
12. Muscle cramping
11. Loss of appetite
10. Nystagmus
9. Fatigue
8. High blood pressure
7. Abnormal heart rhythm
6. Low vitamin D
5. Potassium deficiency
4. Migraines
3. Blood sugar issues
2. High levels of cortisol
1. Pathological calcification

Pathological calcification is the most dangerous symptom of magnesium deficiency. Magnesium stops calcium buildup in your cells. If there’s too much calcium in the cell, it will self-destruct. Magnesium also helps prevent oxidative stress from occurring in the mitochondria.

Calcium buildup can lead to several problems, including heart attack, neuroinflammation in the brain, and inflammation in other parts of the body. Magnesium, vitamin K2, zinc, vitamin D, and boron may help prevent calcification of the soft tissues.

Had an anxious, sickly acting person yell at me, “You ain’t no doctor!” I told them, if I were, I’d be their worst nightmare because I can surely tell when someone is high on dope and/or alcohol! Before they’d even TRY to say my practices or recommendations weren’t working, I would show them the possible “root cause” of their issues! Have a beautiful Tuesday, everyone! 🙂

    • @IVEdge says:

Most people’s issues are caused by dehydration.

Decided late last night to look for a new brand of magnesium. I knew the kinds I wanted, and after combing thru the many brands and kinds, I found EXACTLY the three, in one bottle I desired…..plus it is 3 party tested ! I chose Threonate, Glycinate, and Taurate. The last two specifically for blood sugar, and the first one to help my elderly fuzzy brain. Next step is for my kinesiologist to tell me how much my body wants. Guess it is too much to hope I will now be Super Granny, but if it only helps a little, I will shout Hallelujah !❤️

    • @caterinab6303 says:

      Hello,
Would you please share what the brand is called that contains all 3 forms of magnesium… thank you very much

    • @carolcole570 says:

@@caterinab6303 The brand is MAG TECH magnesium supplements. The complete list of all kinds of magnesium that Dr Berg talks about is his video on The Worst and the Best kinds of magnesium to take. I hope this is what you are asking.❤️

  • @tccandler says:

I heard Magnesium doesn’t get absorbed well in pill form. Does Magnesium Glycinate specifically make that better???

    • @brothermine2292 says:

If you’re not getting enough Mg from food & beverages, look for supplements in which the Mg atoms are part of molecules that dissolve well in liquid. The “Magnesium Fact Sheet for Health Professionals” at the NIH website lists several of those forms of Mg.

    • @brothermine2292 says:

Also, high doses of zinc can interfere with absorption of Mg.

  • @lisa3lisa366 says:

Has a lot to do with the quality of soil the food is grown in that you consume

Thank you Dr Berg for sharing another great video. May God blessed you and your family!

  • @cathynefzger8287 says:

Okay so now onto Boron. I just watched a couple of your videos on this. If I soak almonds or walnuts for 12 hours, will I reap the benefits? I want the benefits! How do I go about it? I do not have a dehydrator and it sounds like that is an important part of the process. Thank you, love your great informative videos.
