The Salt Water Trick for Deep Sleep! Dr. Mandell

Discover the transformative power of Epsom salt in enhancing your sleep quality and overall well-being. Epsom salt, rich in magnesium, plays a crucial role in promoting relaxation and reducing stress levels, which are essential factors for a restful night's sleep. When dissolved in warm water, Epsom salt is absorbed through the skin, replenishing magnesium levels in the body and aiding in the production of melatonin, the sleep hormone. This natural remedy not only calms the nervous system but also helps to soothe sore muscles and alleviate tension, creating the perfect conditions for a deep and rejuvenating sleep experience. Embrace the therapeutic benefits of Epsom salt and unlock a pathway to a more peaceful and revitalizing night's rest.

I had very severe muscle pain ,muscle knots I was offered pain medications anti inflammatory medication they destroyed my stomach and my health BUT not once did any physicians tell me I about magnesium…..started doing my own research on natural help and found out how important magnesium is for your body ….what a difference it made for me!

    • @wolfling2039 says:

I broke several bones in a car accident. I can’t take narcotics because even with anti nausea meds, narcotics give me projectile vomiting. My body simply will not tolerate them. One of the things I used for the terrible pain of not only the broken bones but the massive tissue damage as well was magnesium gel. It helped a lot. I couldn’t have gotten into or out of a tub but simply rubbing the gel on my fracture sites and tissue damage areas helped relieve my pain. I get the gel at the health food store but I’m sure it’s available by ordering online.

Did not know that taking tons of vitamin D without magnesium is wasting vitamin D. Always learning good stuff, here! Thanks Doc!

  • @debbiec6216 says:

*Vitamin D3 K2 goes together and then you can take your magnesium* .

  • @debbiec6216 says:

*And don’t eat 3 hours before you go to bed* *Eating late could cause you NOT to sleep* .
*Always relax before going to bed, no watching TV, etcc* .
*What I do, just relax in a quiet, room and think of nothing. mediation would be good too* .
