Back around 2000 I had both my ulnar bones shortened to help with chronic WRIST pain – it didn’t help at all. I still have rods in my forearms. The diagnosis for said surgery associated with cervical fusions 5/6 &6/7 (each ulnar done separately and I had to have a cast that covered my entire arm up and away from my body with room for some healing in between surgerys) I can surely feel something when I did these exercises with you .. wow I sure hope this will help – it feels like it already did help. Gr8 video on something most people would not expect a video on this. Thanks Dr. Mandell

    • @LindaEckertBallard says:

Prior to this ulnar shortening I had bilateral Carpal Tunnel and De Quervains Release (my main problem is not on the thumb side of my wrists though) and in both (all 4) cases I got little relief considering complicated surgeries. These exercises seem to make a huge difference

  • @leahtoussas3550 says:

Amazing, I can feel the difference . God bless you Dr Mandell
