Thank you. I’m extremely vitamin d deficient. My body does not absorb it. I’ve had bariatric surgery (rue n Y). It’s been so very difficult.
Have you tried liposomal vitamin D ? It’s worth a shot.

Thanks for the information. I take vitamin D tablets once a week with water after I have my breakfast .

Or can I take it with milk too or after dinner with water.
Years ago my holistic doctor recommended Thorne liquid d/k2, and mentioned taking it with fat.
I always take my vitamin D with Magnesium after a bit of food at night
It doesn’t interfere with your sleep? Also what kind of Magnesium are you taking?
