Thanks so much. I make my own salad dressing; made like my mom made it in Germany; organic olive oil, apple cider vinegar,salt, spicy brown mustard, green onions, a bit organic honey and Dill.❤❤

@@biscuit7910 sure. About 2 Tablespoons of olive oil, 1tsp. Apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper to your liking, about 1 to 2 tbsp spice brown mustard, ( more or less to your liking). Dill, honey about 1 tbsp or less or more to your liking, and green onions about 1/4 of a cup. Enjoy.

I don’t use salad dressing,only Atlas organic extra virgin olive oil. It’s delish! I am vegan but i do eat many different seeds,especially chia and flax and plenty of nuts. Thank you,Doctor!
Only oils in my home is cod liver oil,extra virgin cold press olive oil,and avocado oil.
My salad dressings are 100% avocado oil based.
