      Yeah I start my day with at least two miles on trampoline and minimum 20 minutes with weights,resistance,stretching,etc..
      Also going for a walk or few minutes of exercise after consumption.
      I also consume fiber,protein,and fats daily like avocado,bananas,berries,salad,psyllium powder,,nuts,peanut butter, fish,chicken,oatmeal,flaxseed,whole wheat,chickpeas,lentil,etc.

      So I can enjoy simple carbs now and then with no issue.

    Thanks for the information Doc that Carbs with fiber removed make the body insulin resistant and causes sugar spikes. Consume carbohydrates with low glycemic index and pair with fiber and protein is a blessing❤
