    Another way to have chamomile – put the loose flower in water in the fridge (without steeping) and let it soak for ~24 hrs, filter before drinking (obviously, lol). A great alternative for warm nights when you don’t feel like having hot tea but also more appealing for kids that struggle with sleep.
