    Yes . Please , part 2 🙏🏻🌹✨🙏🏻

  • Just Curious says:

Thx Dr. G! Can’t wait for your part 2! What about dosage on those supplements you mentioned? Any suggestion on how to choose supplements? Many supplements have fillers, should we be concerned about the fillers, like Magnesium Stearate, silica, …, etc.

Hello Jeff! thank you for reaching out. Polyphenol Rich Olive Oil is recommended to take 1 or more tablespoons daily. Can be taken straight or mixed into salad dressings, yogurt, drizzled over cooked vegetables and protein, or added to blended beverages. (if you use 1/2 a tablespoon a day, it can last around 31 days | 1 Tablespoon a day can last around 17 days)

Forget about the post biotic bs, instead list magnesium as number 5 and add in vitamin k2 mk7 to go with your vitamin D3.
Regarding resveratrol, i dont know enough about it, why not just eat real frosen wild blue berries instead on a daily basis? Thats what i do atleast.

Also if they have any precedence between them. And of course what they do and how, inside ourselves. Thanks a lot!
