    If I had to choose I’d go for freshly squeezed orange juice (including the pulp). If that doesn’t work I can always go for 100% apple juice. Apple juice is a known laxative. After drinking and waiting 1-2 hours I have an upside-down fountain 😂

    Of course too much fibre is the problem in the first place so, bacon and eggs for breakfast with cream in your coffee will ensure you never suffer from such a problem. Anything that helps it slide down the pipe, is the best move.🥰

      Try the homeopathic Histaminum Hydrochloricum. It helps reduce histamine.
      I like the alcohol based spray from Ollios in 1M strength, but you could start with 30C, if that’s all you can find.
      Ollios makes lactose free remedies, and I like them as well.
