    Hey Dr Gundry, thanks for everything you do. I’m having problems with inflammation and mild pain in my tendons – particularly in my triceps and forearms. I lift weights regularly but the discomfort is making it fairly difficult. Could the pain be sugar related?

    my grandma lived till 92. on white potatoes, some meat, ocassionly fish. and ofcourse vegetables like cauliflower. she had chocolate in moderation which had added sugar, some cookies in moderation. The thing is it was before all the polution I thinkt here is more polution now… ofcourse she did garden and ice skating so also physicaly active!!!
