      If you have allergies to chamomile tea or grasses, dandelion tea can, in those individuals, cause itchy eyes & scratchy throat (it did mine). I use honey (both Manuka -antibacterial & antimicrobial & bit pricey, & alternatively w/regular amber honey) in my green & black morning tea. I use cinnamon powder in my coffee (& food along w/cayenne, curry & cumin depending on the dish Im making) but the honey & cinnamon alone hasn’t budged my belly fat. I even tried the popular hot water w/ACV, cayenne & lemon (an old Belgium recipe I got in the 70s), but it’s hard to be consistent bc it’s not the greatest tasting. The only thing that works in reducing my belly fat has been plain Greek yogurt. A tablespoon in the am & right before bed (which also stops my middle of the night sugar & salt cravings).     Perfect timing 😊video in my weight-loss journey!… now knowing that our bodies have double the amount of lymphatic fluids than blood, amazed me. And our bodies create 1-2 liters of fluids a day, leading to body puffiness

      I’ve been drinking organic Dandelion teas for a while. The suppliers of Dandelion teas must have noticed the high demands of Dandelion teas, lately I noticed that they put a lot less Dandelions in the tea bags. 🥺

    ingredients
    1 cup of boiling water 💦
    1Tea Bag of Dandelion Root
    1/4-1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
    Few Drizzles of Raw honey 🍯
    if needed use natural sweetener
    Mix together and steep for 5-6 minutes. Thank you Dr Mandell ❤
