1:37 NAC explained
2:08 Antioxidants and free radical damage
4:05 How to make NAC more potent

In this video, we’re going to talk about the best remedy to support your liver health. It takes many years of damage before you’ll notice toxic liver symptoms. Some of the most common toxic liver symptoms include the following:
• Yellow eyes
• Yellow skin
• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Red dots on the skin
• Fatigue

One of the best toxic liver remedies is NAC (N-acetyl cysteine). This remedy helps counter the effects of alcohol, smoking, drugs like ibuprofen, chemotherapy, radiation, and chemicals found in the environment, such as herbicides, pesticides, insecticides, and fungicides.

NAC helps to replenish glutathione, a potent antioxidant that helps counter free radical damage.

NAC enhances phase 1 and phase 2 detoxification in the liver. This process takes fat-soluble poisons and turns them into harmless water-soluble particles. NAC regenerates liver tissue and prevents liver cell self-destruction.

NAC is helpful if you take medication, drink alcohol, smoke, or if you’re exposed to any other types of toxicity.

To make NAC more potent, try the following:
1. Take on an empty stomach
2. Take several doses daily
3. Take it with vitamin C and selenium
4. Consume a high-protein meal after taking NAC

In addition to consuming adequate animal proteins, incorporate more cruciferous vegetables into your diet to help support the liver.

I’ve had pneumonia and started taking NAC 600 mg in the morning and 600 mg in the evening. My lung healed very well, with no more mucus or fever. It’s a very good supplement. I also take glycine at night with NAC.😊

    • @John-wv6ln says:

      Where did you buy yours?

    • @irinaeva23 says:

Thanks for the useful info! May I ask why do you take glycine?

    • @arifhussain1374 says:

@@irinaeva23 I take both NAC and glycine to increase my Glutathione level in my liver. Glycine also helps me sleep and is good for collagen production. I take 5 grams of glycine, which helps a lot.

another way to have electrons donated to your body is something called grounding. go bare footed in the grass for half an hour a day or get a grounding mat to sleep on.. trust me it really helps with pain too

What’s the difference between N-acetyl cysteine and N-acetyl-L-cysteine?

Amazing that NAC was ” coincidentally ” removed from Amazon and other places, right when a respiratory pandemic started……………………

    • @integinteg9222 says:

If that does not make people question

    • @lynnpetti3817 says:

    • @GameChanger597 says:

And they also started promoting during covid that it was the “best time to quit smoking” when studies actually showed that continued smoking literally prevented neurotransmitters from absorbing covid. Imagine that. If that and all the other things they did doesn’t make you question, you will always believe the lies.

I take daily. I have always had bronchial issues. It has greatly, greatly improved since I started NAC. I like it too. I out it in a cup of hot lemon water with honey daily. It tastes tart like lemons. Thank you and God bless you doctor.

    1- take on empty stomach
2- eat high protein the next meal
3- take with Vitamin C and Selenium
4- take several times a day!

Additionally take more Cruciferous vegetables along to enhance the detox.

One caveat with milk thistle is its short half life. Its potency wears off in a couple hours after utilization so make sure to take it frequently throughout the day.
