      I live this way too! I’m sure people must think I’m from another planet sometimes. I ignore negative thoughts words and deeds, even when directed towards me! I forgive and forget things that my peers allow to eat them alive! I try to be an example through my positive actions, because Lord knows that humans don’t take kindly to advice! Leading by example could mean kind words in my eulogy one day and on my headstone, it would be an honourable legacy to have a good review!🤭

    Chia seed is also great in smoothie. You can also put chia seed in Almond milk put it in the fridge and you’ll have a delicious 😋 pudding

    My question is: “How much water should I drink after drinking this tea?’
