Boost Collagen Naturally With Lymphatic Drainage for Younger Looking Glowing Skin! Dr. Mandell

Incorporating stimulating muscle exercises and tapping on your face is an incredibly rejuvenating practice that encourages numerous physiological benefits. By stimulating the muscles, you're essentially improving blood circulation which delivers a greater amount of oxygen and nutrients to the various cells across your facial structure. This not only rejuvenates the skin cells but also promotes the production of collagen and elastin, crucial proteins responsible for maintaining your skin's elasticity and youthfulness. Tapping on the face, also known as facial tapping or face percussion, is a gentle form of massage that can help you deal with stress reduction and relaxation. And when it comes to enhancing lymphatic drainage, it aids in detoxification processes. The lymphatic system is like the body's waste disposal system, flushing out toxins and excess fluids. When you help to increase this drainage, you're assisting in reducing puffiness, boosting the immune system, and fostering healthy skin complexion. Overall, this holistic approach is a natural, non-invasive way to maintain good skin health and fight the signs of aging.

    Great video
I was taught that you need to start with clearing the terminus at the clavicle. Getting that moving out first helps the drainage
