Thanks for the guidance that proper sleep at night is necessary to overcome body weight related issues and the best way to naturally take care of it is by—-
1) reducing artificial light 2 to 3 hours before bed
2) usage of blackout curtains and eye mask
3)Basking in early morning sunlight
4) consume food such as pineapple, walnuts, goji berries, tart cherries, tomatoes,eggs, tofu, peanut , oranges,oats,mushrooms.
5)control Caffeine intake
6) warm bath before bed
7) meditation
8) high level exercise
