      I agree about God but you’re very wrong about water. I took care of both my mother and mother in law till they died and they both went a long time without food or water before dying

    Thanks for the guidance that proper sleep at night is necessary to overcome body weight related issues and the best way to naturally take care of it is by—-
    1) reducing artificial light 2 to 3 hours before bed
    2) usage of blackout curtains and eye mask
