Consuming This CLEAR GEL: Opens Arteries, Circulation, Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar | Dr. Mandell

Aloe Vera is cardioprotective. It reduces cholesterol, triglycerides, and lowers glucose levels. The L-Arginine (amino acid) in Aloe Vera increases nitric oxide helping the arteries expand and increasing more oxygen to the cells of your body.
Aloe Vera is believed to open up your capillaries and improve arterial walls. This means that your heart doesn't have to work as hard to circulate blood through the body, and less stress on your heart means a healthier you.

How about leaving a massive thumbs up directly to Dr. Mandell, where it belongs?

    • @and4all706 says:

This just shows how people do exactly what they are told. Most are too brainwashed to think for themselves. Only one person said to do what makes sense. No one came out and said no. What does that guy deserve a thumbs up for? Nothing. But over 100 people, like little robots, did exactly as they were told. Try using your brain, people.

Have a patio full of aloe. I take a huge sppon of it daily. Works sooooo much better than the $350 prescription for my gut which didn’t work well anyway.

    • @gawaniponygirl1312 says:

I have a ton of aloe growing all over my home. How do you process yours?

    • @lizt2361 says:

@@gawaniponygirl1312 cut a slice off and place it with open side down. i usually just put in my my steel sink in the corner. leave for about 20 so purple bitter drains out. slice the sawtooth edges off. slice, just underneath the flatter side pulling away the skin. then, because i am lazy, or very weak truthfully, i just put it in my mouth and run my teeth under other side and get my gulp of pure aloe. if i need to make for others, i scrape the aloe gel into a jar and refrigerate it. you can take the skin and rub your face, hands. and hair is you wish, as well. bet wishes.

If using fresh aloe vera, after you cut the plant and get the gel out, be sure to filter it as it has another ingredient with it that you might be allergic to. Aloe vera is great!

    • @Naturalicity says:

      How do you filter it?

    • @nasirumbiquranlngmadinah8489 says:

@@nasirumbiquranlngmadinah8489Are you saying that you soak the aloe vera gel itself in water?

    • @nasirumbiquranlngmadinah8489 says:

@@brianlittrell797. I mean. When you cut the aloe Vera.
      1. The cut area make it fast sit in water, cose there is agreen liquid which show up after cutting, so to make it out you fast soak it in water for 5mins.exactly you will see the h2o turning green colour pour it away. Then squeeze the gel for use okkkkk?, understood?. My pleasure!!!.

  • @johnmiltgen7929 says:

Dr. Mandell, you are extremely right about aloe vera. But there is much more to the aloe story than you have time to explain on this video. The active ingredient in aloe vera is mannose and when the gel is freeze dry into a powder it keeps its bio-active properties for up to 12 months. Fresh gel is only bio-active for about 6 to 8 hours. Research studies by H.Reg McDaniel, MD, PhD of the University of Texas and Dr. John E. Lewis, PhD of the University of Miami are good examples of scientific information. Both men are still alive and enjoy sharing their knowledge with you. Thanks for sharing this important health food.

    • @leopoldpoppenberger8692 says:

everyone can grow it, Plant one grows very well in a warm climate.

    • @lynnattwood1716 says:

What happens if you freeze it? I bought some and didn’t want to waste any so froze some into small cubes. Also if the fresh gel becomes in-active after only a few hours then is the bottled stuff you can buy totally useless?

    • @johnmiltgen7929 says:

There are health benefits to consuming it even if the gel is in-active. However, it is best to find a product that uses stabilizers aloe powder. Products containing “Acemannon or BiAloe” are best.

  • @K-nguyen75 says:

Aloe Vera is good. Before eating fresh Aloe Vera, make sure to get rid off the yellow liquid (between the green leaf and the inside gel) by soaking it in the water and rinse it to get rid of the yellow poison stuff. Change water and soak it again until you see the water is clear (no more yellow color in the water). Then it’s safe to consume it. Hope it may help!
    Happy New Year to everyone!
