      To help with sleep, I took Magnesium Glycinate at bedtime (320mg/day/woman or 420mg/day/man). In addition, I drink Arnica tea (food grade), also at bedtime.

      I take magnesium and I still have problems sleeping and staying asleep and I have tried tea as well thanks for sharing.
