    Oh, and ALWAYS park as close as possible to the grocery store entrance to avoid the long walk! 😂 It’s a complete shame that the parking lots have more than 1 or 2 ♿️ parking spots at health stores, along with extreme lazy curbside pick-up areas! Wow! Thanks a bunch, Dr. Berg! 💯

    I Was an Alcoholic for over 16 years. Heavy Drinking almost daily. I’ve been through the withdrawals, waking up feeling Ill every single day, Avoiding doing anything that required physical activity, Shrouded in a Blanket of Anxiety and panic. Heart palpitations (BPM over 150) plagued me every single day. I Gained 56 lbs of fat and haven’t been able to take it off from all of the Booze I was drinking. 2024 I finally made the big decision to Fight for my freedom and save myself from Destruction. I have began Carnivore, put down the alcohol and I’m ready to get my life back Today ! I’m only on Day 4 without alcohol, but I’m on day 6 of cutting carbs and sugar out of existence. Pray for me and help give me Motivation !

    Indeed. In 16 years of exercising and improving my diet, I once had my left shoulder dislocated. Spent a month at home because of that, and this channel has helped me redesign my exercise and eating habits

    Love this, this is how most people think! When I talk healthy to people they tune me out or roll their eyes! Read labels, who reads labels? Who is even concerned about what’s in your food. Don’t get me started at the junk in people’s carts. This is what people are feeding their children. Great video to bring attention to what we should not do!

I was a sugar addict since I was a kid which was ruinning my health and Keto has been helping me to recover from peripheral neuropathy and nerve damage, especially after suffering dysautonomia due to long covid recently. In the UK, our NHS has declined drastically so I tell others to be aware that they are the only ones responsible for their health.
