Great video with alot of practical information. Thank you. I had the impression that dandelion tea was rather high in oxalate, which may lead to or irritate kidney stones. I do have it. I keep it weak and make sure I drink a little extra water when consuming it.😚
I am thankful that I have no overweight problem. But I have underweight problem. Since cutting down on my sugar intake I lost so much weight that left me panicking.Trying HARD to regain all I have lost.Thank you for your motivation Doc !

…as a personal trainer nutritionist for ol’ farts like myself, I recommend “healthy” carb combos, such as beans [any chili or ala carte beans, read can’d label for sugar->fiber content] & rice []… Dr. M has vid on lowering carbs in rice by cooking & refridgerating 24 hrs prior to eating… Then make your own sauces, i.e. tomato, alfredo, BBq… I would also recommend twice a day, 1 tsp of Pink Himalayan salt mixed in 1 tsp honey in wrm/hot lemon water; see Dr. M’s video on benefits of pink salt –> AMAZING! … Happy trails, Ms. CharLee
Have you tried weight training? You sound like you might be an Ectomorph which means it’s easy for you to loose weight but hard to build muscle BUT MUSCLE will give you the weight and physique you need! Instead of dirty bulking and having health issues.

I NEVER drank water. My skin was awful, I was dehydrated, I didn’t have a normal bowel movement, and my belly was bloated. I started drinking water, only 3 bottles (48ozs.) a day, and most of those problems went away. I’m still working on the skin, which needs more than water, but everything else has corrected itself.
Add one more bottle and you will see a difference 🌞

How many bowel movements daily do you have? Also, Im afraid that if I drink water, my stomach is gonna react and I lose control and there will be noises

Water, water, water. Eat greens, and berries. Slow down when you eat. Eat fiber but not too much. Drink before or after your meal. Water is a natural diaretic. Eat avocados and bannanas. Epsom salt and warm bath.
