Chronic sinus infections can be frustrating and uncomfortable. While many people turn to antibiotics for relief, they may not realize that these medications only target bacteria and can worsen the situation if the infection is fungal.

Fungal infections can be even more problematic, particularly those caused by the invasive fungus Aspergillus. This fungus can break down the lining of your sinus cavities and potentially damage bone and tissue in other areas. It also thrives in environments with oxygen and moisture.

If you have a weakened immune system due to conditions such as diabetes, HIV, or a poor diet high in sugar and refined carbs, Aspergillus can take advantage and cause further harm. In fact, it has been known to target and downgrade vitamin D receptors in the body, leading to a compromised immune system.

To combat this fungal issue, you can try incorporating natural remedies into your routine. One powerful remedy is garlic oil, which has been shown to inhibit the growth of fungus and bacteria. Oregano oil is also effective in fighting bacteria, yeast, and mold. Both can be diluted with coconut oil which contains compounds that boost the immune system and have anti-fungal properties.

Add 5 drops of garlic oil and 5 drops of oregano oil to one teaspoon. Then, add just enough coconut oil until you have one full teaspoon of this mixture. Consider taking this daily for one month to allow it to gradually balance out your body's microorganisms. You can also include xylitol, curcumin, or aloe vera for added benefits. Blue light therapy may also be beneficial, as well as red light therapy if you've had surgery on your sinuses.

Doc you originally taught me abut the power of Garlic along with Turmeric and Ginger. I love garlic and incorporate it into almost every meal and smoothie and over the last few years even during “the plague” it has helped me to remain healthy and strong! Never had to use garlic oil and honestly never knew it existed but will be purchased for my medicine cabinet. Thank you for all that you teach us.

You can easily make it with just garlic & a carrier oil. Squish the garlic, strain through cheesecloth, add a carrier oil. Some are even antibacterial as well as the garlic! Had an earache 2 weeks ago & saw a video (I’m sure a Dr. Berg one) saying just put a drop or 2 in the affected ear. I’m the morning, pain was gone. No er visit, no antibiotics 🤗

1 tsp of 40,000 HU, 4 cloves of garlic, and a ½ 🍋 has worked wonders for me for decades now! I was reading how Candida feeds on sugars, and can cause feelings of a hangover, so avoiding sugar of any kind, whether it’s from cake, candy, or cookies, or from a nutritious source like fruit is a great idea for Candida overgrowth and gut health! Amazing! Thank you, Dr. Berg! Have a wonderful day, everyone! 🙂

It’s beyond weird.. but it could be so many are having similar problems. Every time I think about going to doctor, his videos popup just having to do with issues I’m experiencing. Been avoiding the doctor because it’s guaranteed to be medication that will probably have bad side effects. Also last time I went for similar issues, they said nothing was wrong, except wanting to put me on statins for elevated cholesterol, which I refused.

Bacterial Infection with rash that’s lasted several months, Extremely dry itchy skin, waking up dehydrated causing blurred vision. Despite drinking plenty or not. Rash gets better but doesn’t leave. Also had sinus issues for years. Yet my blood sugar and blood pressure seems to be normal. But I’m also hearing everyone has a different ‘normal’. 🤷‍♂️ Probably fungus related and I need to cut out sugar again.

I have issues with congested nose. Some time ago I started consuming few garlic pieces each night at the dinner. After one week my nose was feeling amazing. It got rid of congestion. When I started watching the video I thought of garlic, and I was right. Thanks for the video, now I know for sure that I will use more garlic.

    • @MisstyG says:

I got tired of eating raw garlic every day, so I take a clove of garlic, chop (mince) it up, then swallow that spoonful of finely-chopped garlic with water, as though it were a spoonful of little pills.

My mother insists on getting an antibiotic every single time she gets the sniffles. Then complains that’s she’s always sick. I cannot get her to see that’s it’s the meds making her sicker. Sigh

    • @Ane127 says:

Tell her that the antibiotics kill all the bacteria, both good and bad. So she needs to go natural.

    • @MisstyG says:

Yes, and the fact that “doctors” are wilfully doing that to her [and billions of others] us outrageous. They know exactly what they are doing to create continual appointments and lifelong B1g Ph@rma customers. They receive kickbacks for every prescription written and every vä$$ine administered ….especially the cl0t sh0t. It’s criminal!
