    I have been tapping first thing in morning while sipping my coffee almost daily, and there is a definite difference between the days I do and the days I don’t. More sustained energy, calmness, feeling of well being when I do. I even tap/pat my arms, legs, trunk staring furthest from the heart, to stimulate lymphatics. Really, really helps for those of us who are not morning people. 😅
